By requesting a commission you agree to my terms of service and rules.
Basic:
- I have the right to refuse any type of commission, I may or may not explain it.
Delivery time: between 1 week - 1 month (In case of a large order or external things, this could be extended)
-Does not include commercial use
-I do not make refunds (unless I cannot deliver the order, in which case I will return the money and explain why I cannot continue with the order)
-Changes can only be made in the sketch (if a change is requested outside of the sketch part in the linear or colored, you will be charged extra) + Changing characters is not allowed once the lineart part
-You can ask me for progress without any problems! I'm used to just handing in the sketch and then just finishing the drawing on my own
-I can upload the commission to my networks and use them as examples, let me know if you want the commission to be private (Privatizing a commission will have an extra charge of $5)
-The use of the OC's and characters falls under the responsibility of the client and it is assumed that the client has permission from the owner or is the owner of the characters
And in case the character is stolen or without permission from the owner, I will delete the post and blacklist the client.
-Don't make a radical change if you gave me creative freedom from the beginning (like poses)-If you break any of my TOS, ghost me mid commission, file an unfair chargeback, etc, you may be blacklisted from future commissions and or blocked.
You can use my art/designs:
✦ Use them for profile, decoration as long as you credit me
✦ Make nice edits as long as you don't abuse and delete all my art!
If you edit my commission art I appreciate some mention of that fact if you post it anywhere, but it's okay if you forget
Do not use my art/Desings for:
✦ Attacking/mocking other people.
✦ Topics such as pedophilia, racism, homophobia, transphobia, Zophilia, etc.
✦ Please do not steal, trace or copy my drawings/designs✦ Using my art for NFT's or AI
✦ Make unpleasant or offensive edits
